The TCPN was created in 2000 by a master's student(T. C. Chou),
Grad Inst of Psych,
NCCU,
Taiwan. The website
was designed to provide the theory, practice, action, research, articles and
conferences news of CP.The
initiative set up in order to improve community mental health and well-being
in Taiwan and focuses on the disadvantaged group of rural areas,
homelessness, teen pregnancy and children in poverty.
